All of Ami’s items are made by hand and consequently may appear slightly different from the item photograph. The glaze combinations and ceramic design will always be the same as the photo you see. We ask that you read the listings carefully so that you know what size each piece will be.
If you’ve bought an item from us and for whatever reason, you’ve decided you don’t want to keep it, then you can return it for a credit note. A request for a refund must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
Personalised and bespoke items are non-refundable, unless damaged at the point of receipt or supplied with errors caused by our negligence.
To initiate an exchange Please contact us directly with your reason for an exchange and the preference of a credit note. The item(s) must be returned in the original condition and packaging.
The credit note will be issued upon receipt of the item(s), minus the cost of postage.
Although we package all orders very well in the unlikely event of something arriving broken we will of course replace free of charge.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom lampshade order, for example), if you contact me directly.
